Job Description:<\/strong>
NoyMed is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department of the company.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>

– Create, develop and implement recruitment strategy, HR policies and procedures,<\/p>

– Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form,<\/p>

– Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,<\/p>

– Headhunt and source professionals for all departments of the company,<\/p>

– Organize onboarding process,<\/p>

– Organize semi-annual employee performance reviews,<\/p>

– Respond to employees\u2019 queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,<\/p>

– Develop and implement training plan,<\/p>

– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues,<\/p>

– Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.<\/p>
