Responsibilities:

– Prepare investment projects and calculate the main financial metrics,

– Prepare business plans and present them to key stakeholders,

– Project implementation activities,

– Negotiate the business plan with various parties,

– Negotiate with different parties to involve financing,

– Budget preparation; tracking and forecasting of expenses; DOB and executive financial reporting,

– Direct and coordinate human and material resources at all phases of the project- such as planning, design, project execution and control, and closeout,

– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows,

– Generate reports for management,

– Create and maintain issue logs, project summaries, and updates,

– Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, and coordinating actions,

– Any other activities necessary for the successful implementation of the project.

Requirements:

– Educational Background in Economics/Finance or a related field,

– Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience,

– Strong Business Plan writing skills,

-Strong presentation skills,

– Skills to prepare investment projects, deep knowledge of investment projects evaluation metrics,

– Familiar with RA Legislation,

– Strong managerial skills, leadership,

– Understanding of project management basics,

– Proficient in MS Office,

– Strong research skills,

– Analytical mindset,

– Proficient at multitasking and business communication,

– Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
