Recruiter's JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our HR team and help us grow. Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing processes.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will help hire and retain skilled employees.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled,

– Assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions,

– Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates,

– Draft job advertisements, post and/or place ads in the most effective social media for open positions,

– Source potential candidates via databases, social networks and etc.,

– Manage CV shortlisting. Interview and selection processes,

– Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities,

– Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions),

– Onboard new hires for full integration.

Required qualifications (optional)

– BA in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Science or any related field,

– 2+ years’ work experience as a Recruiter will be a plus,

– Hands-on experience with various interview formats,

– Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search),

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

– Excellent interpersonal skills,

– Negotiation skills,

– Proactiveness and initiation skills,

– Quick learner.
