PM's JOB DESCRIPTION

NoyMed is looking for an experienced and disciplined Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and overseeing all aspects of the company’s projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, within budget, and within the scope. 

 

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Approve project/department-specific deviations,

– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, 

– Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, 

– Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, 

– Ensure all the tasks are completed on the highest possible level of quality, 

– Ensure resource availability and allocation, 

– Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, 

– Recommend changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, 

– Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members, 

– Manage staff performance by providing feedback, evaluation, and recognition on an ongoing basis.

 

Required Qualifications

 – 3+ years of work experience as a project manager, 

– Excellent English and communication skills, 

– Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, 

– Strong sense of discipline and responsibility, 

– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, 

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, 

– Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills, 

– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
