HR Generalist

Job Description:
NoyMed is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department of the company.

Responsibilities:

– Create, develop and implement recruitment strategy, HR policies and procedures,

– Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form,

– Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,

– Headhunt and source professionals for all departments of the company,

– Organize onboarding process,

– Organize semi-annual employee performance reviews,

– Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,

– Develop and implement training plan,

– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues,

– Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
