Human Resources Assistant

Job Description:

As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the implementation and coordination of various HR programs and activities. 

At NoyMed, your attention to detail, integrity, and friendly approach will contribute to maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, and developing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in the implementation and coordination of various HR programs and initiatives,

– Maintain employee records and confidential information with the utmost integrity,

– Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes,

– Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks,

– Organize the onboarding process,

– Provide general HR support and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner,

– Maintain HR Administration/Documentation,

– Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required,

– Headhunt and source professionals for all departments of the company.

Requirements:

– 1+ years of work experience as an HR Assistant.

– Excellent English knowledge,

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,

– Efficient HR administration and people management skills,

– Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively,

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy

– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
