FINANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a smart individual to join our team as a Finance Specialist. If your skills and experience match our requirements then we are waiting for you!

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Perform financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner,
– Generate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments, expenses, revenues, etc. for future reference purposes,
– Prepare account reconciliation reports,
– Evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness,
– Ensure financial and tax reports are prepared in accordance to company/federal rules, regulations and RA legislation,
– Review all accounting procedures and recommend improvements,
– Address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner,
– Manage payroll processing system including salary calculation and payments,
– Maintain accurate documentation of financial operations and transactions,
– Assist staff on the accounting practices and financial record keeping,
– Maintain accurate financial data and reports for submission to senior management,
– Perform month-end closing activities such as revenue accounting, expense accounting, account reconciliation, etc.
– Manage account payables and receivables activities,
– Prepare the Company budget, do variance analysis and financial forecasting.

 Required qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field,
– Proven work experience as a Financial Specialist, Financial Analyst, Accountant or relevant role,
– Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail,
– 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting,
– Demonstrated experience on computerized financial management system and ability to prepare high quality financial reports,
– Familiar with AS Accounting,
– Excellent Excel skills,
– Experience in working with QuickBooks is a must,
– Excellent English and communication skills,
– Strong sense of discipline and responsibility,
– Quick learner with to do attitude,
– Strong time-management, problem-solving, and planning skills.
